1. About These Terms
These terms govern DataFirst Academy (the "Academy"), the mentorship program provided by DataFirst Trading LLC ("DataFirst"). They supplement our Terms of Service, which continue to apply.
2. What the Academy Includes
Depending on your plan, the Academy includes:
- the DataFirst terminal, for as long as your Academy plan is active;
- private calls: 2 a week, or unlimited on Academy Lifetime, subject to scheduling and mentor availability;
- weekly live stages, daily live trading sessions, journal reviews, and market recaps; and
- the options flow library, risk management training, and a complete trading model.
Enrollment is capped. Schedules, mentors, and program content may change. Live sessions take place on market days, and there may be occasional closures or cancellations. Calls and sessions you miss are not owed back to you or refunded.
3. Education, Not Advice
THE ACADEMY IS EDUCATIONAL ONLY. Nothing in it is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, future, or other instrument. Private calls and journal reviews go over your own trading and teach you how to use the tools. DataFirst and its mentors never tell you when or what to buy or sell. Mentors are not acting as your investment adviser or fiduciary, and you make every trading decision yourself, at your own risk.
Trades shown or discussed are for teaching. They are not signals, and you should not copy them. Past results, whether a mentor's, a member's, or anyone else's, do not predict future results. We do not promise that you will make money or reach any particular result, and you can lose money trading. Please read our Financial Disclaimer.
4. Conduct and Program Content
Your enrollment is for you alone. Treat mentors and members with respect. Do not share your access. Do not record, copy, share, resell, or teach from Academy sessions, materials, or other members' information. You keep ownership of your journals and your own trading model, and you allow us to use what you share as needed to run the program for you.
5. Recordings
Group sessions may be recorded and made available to members, and DataFirst may use recordings for teaching and to show what the program is like. By joining a session, you consent to being recorded. You can leave your camera and microphone off in group sessions. We will not publicly use a recording of a private call without your permission.
6. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
Academy plans are priced as shown on the Academy page, and each includes a data fee, as described in our Terms of Service. Academy 3-Month renews every 90 days until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. Academy Monthly is arranged with our team on a call and renews monthly until cancelled. Academy Lifetime is one payment. "Lifetime" means access for as long as DataFirst operates the Academy, subject to these terms; it does not mean the lifetime of any person, and it is not transferable. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
7. Removal
We may remove you from the Academy for a breach of these terms, for conduct that harms mentors or members, or for chargebacks or non-payment. When your access ends, your access to the included terminal and any included indicators ends too, unless you hold a separate active plan.
8. Warranties and Liability
The Service is provided as described in the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service, which apply to these terms and control.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the same law, and disputes about them are resolved in the same way, as our Terms of Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date and may notify you by email. If you stay in the Academy after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
